Ordering
To place an order with Junction Fish Bar, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid payment method. Orders can be placed online through our website or by calling us at our telephone number provided on our website. You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your order has been received.
Payment
Payment for orders must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and cash. All prices on our menu are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling our telephone number provided on our website or by emailing us at junctionfishbar@gmail.com. If you cancel your order before it has been prepared, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been prepared or delivered, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if we believe the complaint is unfounded or if we are not given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Delivery

We will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to deliver your order within a reasonable time, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery or offer a refund.
